We want you to feel safe trying PlacedCV. Here is exactly how refunds work.

7-day refund on unused credits

If you haven't used any credit from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email support@placedcv.in from your account email with your order date.

Used credits

A used credit has already produced your ATS report and covers your resume for that job, so it isn't refundable. If a check or a resume fails, you aren't charged: the credit comes back automatically.

Technical problems

If your resume has a technical problem (for example, the PDF won't open), write to us within 7 days. We'll fix it or refund that credit.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method (UPI, card or bank) through our payment partner, usually within 5–7 working days. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

No subscriptions

All purchases are one-time. Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
