These terms apply when you use PlacedCV, operated by [Your company name]. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

PlacedCV checks your resume against a job description and gives you an ATS-style score and suggestions. With a credit, it rewrites your resume for that job using AI. The score is our own estimate of how screening software reads your resume — it is not the score of any specific employer's system.

No guarantee of jobs or interviews

We help you present your experience better. We can't promise interview calls, job offers or any result from employers.

Your responsibility

• Upload only your own resume and information you have the right to share.
• AI can make mistakes. Read your resume before sending it and correct anything that is inaccurate. You are responsible for the information you send to employers.
• Don't misuse the service (automated scraping, illegal content).

Credits and payments

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
• 1 credit = 1 resume optimised for 1 job description. Credits don't expire.
• Payments are one-time. There is no subscription or auto-renewal.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner acting as merchant of record, which issues your invoice. See the refund policy.

Your content

You own your resume and the resumes generated for you. You allow us to process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
